Our Vision & Values
Reliable
We employ a mix of experienced shearers, wool classers, wool pressers, penning-up staff, shedhands & cooks.
We also employ young and enthusiastic juniors to bring new recruits into the industry. We work with training providers to provide in-shed training and enable our new employees to travel to training provider premises where required.
Certified
As a business, we comply with the Federal & NSW Government Tax, Superannuation, & Workers Compensation requirements.
All Certificate of Currency (CoC) documents can be provided upon request, these include; Public Liability, Work Cover Insurance.
Professional
We have a policy of “zero tolerance” for animal cruelty in the shearing industry.
We also have zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol being consumed in or around a shearing shed.
